Nice playing Jay as usual, nice sounding pedal as well.

A good demo of the different styles this pedal can handle. As usual your playing was top notch.

Boss demo. Really liked the stacked tone boosting both

All the samples sounded very good to my ears, as usual! Your guitar pickups and your playing must be a big part of your sound. Anything you plug in sounds ace!

Sounds incredible...got me some serious Jam pedals to buy! Definitely want one of these. Think my whole pedal board could turn JAM!

Your timing is perfect, I literally just made a video of an all-JAM pedal rig: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4XYdmlmnqyZq5I

My god you are just an absolutely fabulous player mate. I think my favorite on YT. Really tasteful stuff not all the same blues stuff or hard rock everyone else plays. Really enjoy your vids. I just pulled the trigger on this. Looks fantastic

After trying the protien, and dualist, dnm drive. This is the winner for me . Between this pedal and the dnm drive I have all the drive I need. The fuzz phase in front of them boom 💥 nice playing dude !!!

Yeah! That Fuzz Phrase is a killer pedal as well!!

Sounds great? Love that guitar - Revstar? Very nice. I had the Tube Dreamer+ and now use their LucyDreamer Supreme (Keeley Red Dirt Dlxe doing double duty as my TS instead of the old Jam TD+) and it's a killer combination. Jam make such cool pedals.

*Sounds great!!* (? was a typo and i can't edit it atm). Apologies.

5:48 beautiful progression, mate. Wished it'd last for the rest of the video. Thanks for sharing. Cheers Edit: prefer the right side, because I dig thick clean sounds and my favorite TS ever is my keeley mod one. However, this would be a great way to retire both that TS and the keeley bd2 I stack it with.

Great demo ! I actually have the Jetter Gold standard but want to change for a good 2 channel OD , smooth, warm ! This jam, JHS Double barrel, sweet tea, Xotic AC plus to play everything from light bluesy crunch to ZZ Top and Gilmour solos and classic rock too ? Thanks for your answer and help . Kindest regards from France

Great playing! Was that 'cradle rock' you played at 5:05?

Amazing pedal with amazing playing, Jay! At 8:25 you switch on an extra pedal. What kind of delay pedal is it?
@JakeIvanVibin3 жыл бұрын
Awesome mate, is there any way to use high gain switch as a boost? Maybe with dip switch?
@scottyruss19902 жыл бұрын
Is it right these jam pedals need isolated power supplies? Or is that just the fuzz phraze. Also, fuzz phraze or eureka? Which is your pick?

Great review great skill. I’ve been wondering between double dreamer and JHS sweet tea as my final choice for my priority drive pedal. Anyone has any opinion?

Hello ! I play blues and classic rock cover ( Gilmour, ZZ Top , AC/DC etc..) in a Fender deluxe 65. I look for a double OD pedal , warm, smooth and rough sounding if needed ! Which one pile the job ? JHS double barrel, sweet tea, this supreme ? Jam pedal ? Let me know please which one is awesome sounding ...kind regards from France,

Amazing playing. The pedal in this format is kind of meh... I actually want to like this double pedal here, but one side (the left I think) of that is just on the fizzy side with lower to mid gain stuff. The right side (Lucy dreamer?) sounds good though.

Hi Jay! How do yo think would this pedal work with a Deluxe Reverb and Blackface amps in general? Greetings from Germany :)

I'm actually in Frankfurt right now! The DD would be perfect for a DR. Great way to beef up your tone without making the sweetness!
@Ivayloi1235 жыл бұрын
As i hear this telecaster i would say you have about 7.4 k alnico 5 on the neck and lower alnico 5 on the bridge, something like 7.1 I would reccomend you to put florance te 50 about 8.1 in the bridge and you would experience tone nirvana in the middle position without volume drop. They would be wound in the same pole as the real vintage blackguards ones. Plus that youll get howling acoustic properties from the TE50 bridge with no shrill trebles. Just pure massive sweatness in old raw way. Youll be surprised how close arlo and florance are in reproducing the 52 blackguard grail tone.
@JayLeonardJ5 жыл бұрын
Cool analysis. I actually haven't tried Florance pickups but have heard nothing but great things about them: the pickups in the video were Virgil Arlos.

Does the pedal also have a delay in it? That last riff sounded so fucking huge and sounded like there were some trails

Great ears. A touch of an MXR Carbon Copy in the end. You can even see my leg go for it in the vid too :)

How does this compare to the vs audio royal flush? As always great video :)
@JayLeonardJ5 жыл бұрын
The second channel seemed more like an extension of the first channel with the VS. The DD is sides are a little more different in their feel and voicing. More stack options and with the DD. The VS channels were designed to blend together perfectly and they do with minimal tweaking.

Hmmm something about it sounds a little too modern sounding. Like it's too refined and smooth. Maybe because you're using only one guitar. Nice licks!
