Waqf mismanagement and misuse of land by Mutawalli (Trustee): - Abuse of power and position for personal gain - Illegal sale/lease of waqf properties without authorization - Embezzlement of funds and assets meant for social welfare - Unauthorized alterations and constructions on waqf land - Failure to maintain records and account for waqf activities - Breach of trust and negligence of responsibilities.

@@abdulqureshi2919 all pertinent questions but priority at this moment is govt.interferences which are not with good intention and simultaneously we must activate our bodies be it waqf board or personal law board,..and all developmental ideas and procedures should be initiated by the community before others interference...
