I suggest...the Muslims of the locality of the Waqf assets must immediately organise referendum and proposals to construct Muslim centres of education, Women's Schools and Colleges, Women's Hostels, Women's politechnics etc on an immediate basis...with control by Muslim Such institutions are in great need also...and the issue can be stilled controlled

The ground reality is that those who know nothing about survey are appointed by governments as survey commissioners. The boards are filled by government by vested interests who serve those in government. The joint collectors are estate officers. Till date their rule in safeguarding Endowments is insignificant. A fourth class employee now is incharge of district wakf properties. The object is nevertheless to protect apparently, but that without effective steps to prevent and preserve is not possible. NTR came forward to form Commissionerate in AP on par with Hindu Endowment Act in 1987 but it was opposed by Mutavvalis. The weird and inequal proposals violate A 14 and A 25 to 29. BJP intends to repeal A 25 to 30. Hence was the call for 400. The goal moves towards dissipating the already derailed boards. This is unwelcome. A positive fair intention needed to upheave Endowments, with an effective structure as in case of others. The constitution calls for UCC. Endowment too is a civil issue. It is not Muslims alone who have Endowments. Others too have for a similar cause. Hence, a Uniform Endowment Act is necessary. One country One Law holds good.

ہمیں اس پر اعتراض نہیں ہونا چاہئے کہ غیر مسلموں کو اس کی ذمےداری دی جارہی ہے کیوں کہ مسلمانوں نے اپنی ذمےداری کو نبھایا ہی نہیں جس کا حق وقف جائیدادیں رکھتی ہیں جس تساہل کا مظاہرہ مسلمانوں نے کیا ہے وہ بہت ہی قابل مذمت ہے وقف جائیدادیں اس طرح استعمال ہی نہیں ہوئیں جس طرح ہونا چاہئے تھا اس کی حفاظت نہیں کی گئ جس کی وجہ سے مسلم غیر مسلم اور خود حکومت نے بھی ناجائز قبضے جما لیے ہیں ۔

It is no longer safe to wakf immovable property in india. An alternative to wakf may be created in which BJP government is unable to interfere with internal mechanism to wind up at short notice. For this trustworthy muslims must come forward and pledge to safeguard muslim community's resources in their custody.

But what need be done to check the undue infringement and interference of the wakfa authority or authorities upon lands shrines settlements belonging to non Muslims? And about the revenue that could have been earned by the government in relation to transfer of lands and properties through registration and stamps etc but as in case of WAQF properties the transfers happen among themselves internally affecting illegally the government revenue? Again about disputes upon properties between the WAQF and non Muslims how can it be logical to admit that tha deciding authority of the WAQF shall remain arbitrary and unquestionable?
