Curried Crab. Your Jamaica series is going very well so far. Love the food. As you travel around the Caribbean/West Indian islands, I don't think you would find anyone who can't cook. You have to get authentic food cooked by the people themselves: not Jamaican or Trinidadian style. The food looked delicious. David, it's cowheel, not cow foot😄😄😄. Man, I hated coconut until we went to Ecuador. Then I realized when you're sweating like that, getting fatigued from the heat, there is nothing that replenishes you, hydrates you, and gets your electrolytes back up, than a freshly cracked coconut! Great video!

I am a Jamaican lived away for years , recently I was living there for about six years. I visited Portland and I was ashamed of how no investment has been done to the area. Jamaica collect about 2 billion dollars a year,I don't know what the tourism minister does with the money.
