Nice houses, but being in a resort town i would like to have 2 small unit i can rent out to short term renters(airBnB)as HOTEL rooms in OCHI ranges from $150-300 us per night i would want to capitalize on this and still have my living quarters separate, in most of the gated communities you cant do such
