I like how Rasta shared his cabbage cutting and grating techniques with us. Long time I been searching on how to get cabbage 🥬 stringy like that and I definitely will try my ginger beer like that from now on. Whole wheat,cornmeal and coconut dumplings are the best .Respect from the Virgin Islands 🇻🇮👍🏽

I did an experiment already an that's how i came across making coconut dumpling on my own , first i make the dough using freshly juiced coconut milk, I even boil the dumpling them in some of the coconut milk, so basically i used coconut all around, i was happy i did too.

I eat a lot of coconut dumplings growing up also punkins dumplings banana dumplings last but not least cassava dumplings too i eat them all and still make them here in the 🇺🇸 i like your vibes keep it going bro.
@ike62092 жыл бұрын
Coconut dumplings are a normal thing here in St.Vincent especially in soups. We hardly ever make plain dumplings. Many Jamaican friends I have had never heard about it until I introduced them to it and they got hooked on it from their first taste and this is the first time I'm seeing it on a Jamaican cooking channel. It's really nice with cornmeal or whole wheat dumplings as well !. Add diced carrots or pumpkin to the flour mix for a different dumpling also.

Thanks my brother 🙏 I appreciate this great amazing experience that you are sharing with us and I take it with a very great appreciation, because I have been seeing and also hearing of people and I have love ones that I ❤️ so much and with I lost because of very ( BAD FOOD) &( BAD HEALTH )&( IT'S BECAUSE OF THEM EAT VERY BAD FOOD ) and lock of exercising we don't take the time to make our own food we depending on our people to cook for us, I don't know if they still do these things in school in Jamaica the school staff used to make Cook food for the kids and all so it was something that we was teach how to farm at school I have my own ( FARM)( GRONG ) WHEN I WAS (8 YEARS OLD) so you name it I can do it, please my brother and sister and the rest of my family members please don't call the ( KIDS) when food is ready to eat teach them how to grow 🪴🪴🪴 it and teach them the steps to make the food to eat and not when it ready to eat, one love from Jamaica food boss, video recording footage in from Jamaica to the whole world 🌎❤️💯👍👌👊💪💪💯
