Thank you for this video. The store brands were either too salty, or all white fat, and I didn't want that. I also like this video because I can control the salt. U used one cup of salt. I will knock that down to 1/4 cup of Himalayan salt. Do you know the difference between pickling salt and table salt?

Do you know of a fish, chicken and lobster stew dish named *Jump and Fall Back* it has coconut cream, tomato and maybe chicken broth and Plantains some pumpkin and other tropical veggies with tamarin and other spices I guess. So if you do know of this dish, could you please show how it’s made and all it’s ingredients used. It was soooo good. The last and first time I ate it, was over 20 years ago and I still can’t get it out of my mind and the restaurant that I had it in closed it’s doors that same year, never to open again with the same cook. HELP ! I need to have some *Jump and Fall Back * again and again but, no one seems to know how to make it . Hope you do !

Couldn't you afford a cook spoon and a cook fork? Also, what kind of cook uses a scotch bonnet pepper JUST FOR GARNISH? Real cooks cut it up so the flavour goes out into the meat.
