Thanks for sharing your Curry mixture (7 spoon curry powder, 1 table spoon of Garam Massla, 2 table spoon of alspice powder). I know Berbice/ Port Mourant people normally steam the raw meat first (although they wash it throughly with vineger/lime/salt etc) and throw away that "impure raw water" with that "game meat smell and taste." Then they bunjal it and add water for gravey :)

love u guys, and want you to live a longer happy life ok, so lil advise please refrain from putting hot food into any kind of plastic bowls or containers as this can lead to cancer in de long run also aluminum foil that the major cause of memory lost. i am sure u can obtain ceramic bowls and banana leaf to replace de foil tc.
