Yes Chef Recardo I will trying your recipe of the pumpkin punch. It looks so delicious by way of the ingredients. Like a powerful health building drink for the human body. So it's to build up the body, so it doesn't run down and stay strong.. I normally eat and drink pumpkin but I never had pumpkin in that format before. I use dragon stout as the guiness is too bitter and add some peanut or peanut butter , I've never used the Irish moss but mine taste amazing, I'm gonna try this though

To each their own... but I never throw away the water I use to cook the pumpkin... always use the same water to blend it... when I'm making it... I cook pumpkin, carrot, okra... and then blend it with peanut, molasses, Guinness, might add a little oats, supligen, and sweeten...
