I normally bake my pumpkin, I just stumble on this video & I will be making some with almond milk because I don’t do lactose. I made some pumpkin mango ice cream on Sunday evening & it was delicious.

I love your beautiful clean kitchen, I will try this with some almond milk, bc drinking milk from cows is not for anyone with West African blood. We don't have the enzymes to break down the lactose, like the British do. Their weather is bad, and they can't get enough nutrition, so their digestive system, heart, spleen, and gut is different from ours, who have plenty of everything.

Yes, yes Chef Adrain, you a say ONE plus, TAXXXX! I had forgotten about this winner of a punch having first tasted it years ago as a guest at an older aunt's house. She was one of those old-time hottest with the mostest; it was delicious then and I had made it with several variations over the years... Her way was classic ...A scoop of Vanilla ice cream was added to the tall serving glass and rum or Rum and raisin Ice cream. Try it it. Happy Thanks giving to you.

I made it all the time, I scrape the pumpkin skin, lots of nutrient comes fr the skin,not peel, wash, Boil, Blend, add all ingredients that has been said, cool into refrigerator or add ice, Enjoy booom juice. Nice can't done.😊
