Watching from Hartford, CT. I fish and care for my catch by bleeding and lots of ice. You're sweating pretty well, so I think it's around the 90s and that's when fresh fish starts becoming unsafe to eat after a few hours. Maybe they're just taking them off ice or frig to display. I see that in a lot of videos, but I guess you become immune ... LOL. Love what you're doing, One Love, World Peace!
