When you quote for the argument, be brief and say where it’s coming from. Ex. According to Dr Lee, Japanese Scientist, children learn more when they see others do things. Then you continue with the point you were making.

My problem is CSEC wants us to 'show, not tell' and I tend to tell more. They want all the five senses to be utilized in a creative way while staying true to the plot. How can I learn to show more while staying within the word limit?

Physics was my thing in school too. Logic gates was my favourite topic and I still know Newton's laws until today... English may not have been my cup of tea either so I know you'll be alright. Just keep practising.

Loved this, however , I don't like the fact that you said 'the character might not be well educated' due to their creole. I had to go back to confirm what I heard. That doesn't mean and shouldn't that we or characters are less Talented.
@JamainHatton2 жыл бұрын
While I see your reasoning that all creole speakers are might not necessarily be uneducated, can you expect people without a formal education to speak standard English?
@shanniajoseph47682 жыл бұрын
And what do you mean by formal education? Please note it's not an argument and I just want to understand.
