I definitely felt that when he said “ he want to be alone but he don’t want to be alone” lol all my introverts know that feeling 😂😂

Right I want to socialize but only when I feel like it, for a limited time and then immediately afterwards I will wish I could have hung out longer. But also don’t text or call me.

I really enjoyed this podcast. Jamal is a beautiful introvert that understands the difference of being a loner and being lonely. I wish you and him all the success and happiness. What an incredibly open and honest interview.

I’m not even trynna do a bit but I can really do love how I can relate to Jamal. There’s sum about the person you look up to take a min and be down to earth and share relatable concepts. It’s very pure and genuine and there are so many things he said that I thought I was alone on and I felt ridiculous for even thinking. It’s nice to know I’m not alone

It’s a lot more of us than I thought. I think it’s nice to have people in your presence but it is exhausting to have to entertain them like some people are bothered by quiet I feel you with that Jamal.

Great pod. I love seeing more of Jamal's personality. 100% respect how he carries himself and remains true to himself. Even as a women, I relate so much to him and probably more than anyone else I follow in the fitness industry.

i appreciate how honest he is, thats something you don't see often especially in the fitness industry with being transparent. i been watching jamal's tiktoks of his lifts alot but i never knew his back story so this podcast helped me alot with discovering that. Thank you Better Take keep up the good work!

On the introverted tip, when it comes to interpersonal relationships and companionships. It stems to being hyper aware of how perception clashes with reality. Social butterfly’s don’t really care and that’s how they can interact with pretty much anyone at anytime. Others would rather not reach out and would prefer to be invited because you have a clear understanding of they want to be around presence instead of guessing

Jamal said it perfectly about thinking outside the box that we live in. The world created the word “conspiracy theorist” to shine a light on the people who think outside the box they want us to live/believe in so that people will call you crazy or not want to be in the same space as you. I’ve always believed the same way about the whole moon thing along with so many other BS narratives created. Anyway, I enjoyed the podcast and getting to know Jamal a little better, good dude 💯

(Despite the fact that we actually HAVE been (or claimed) on the moon several more times since the first time, Jamal look it up😂) Not being back on the moon makes no sense as an argument because the whole point was to get there first, now there is no propaganda reason to go there and That’s exactly why nobody get recognition for it ever since.
