In terms of spending parents money twitch is probably the least of your concern. Kick and your other mobile game is the real kicker. It’s probably more about the DM feature on twitch being exploit by pdf files. It’s a problem youtube once had and they just remove the feature entirely. To effectively combat this they need to either incorporate ID check which is probably not feasible or delete it entirely. And im not sure what you mean by “knowingly”, do they know that kids can just fake their age on their site? Yes, so does everyone else. Do they know which one definitely? No they have no way to prove that conclusively at the moment.
