I lost my oldest son 2 wks ago in a preventable jobsite tragedy (trench collapse). He left behind 2 beautiful girls (10 & 8 yrs old). This sermon was sent to me and its brought so much comfort and the right biblical words I needed to hear at this time. If you've suffered loss, you NEED to HEAR this as many times as you have to in order to let these seeds germinate in your heart & spirit toward this most painful path of healing... God Bless you all...

Keep preachin...the "Why" is because you speak the Truth and not afraid to offend. You challenge us to THINK and be accountable...the worldly do not want this.

Here’s something I have a hard time understanding as I’m a relatively new Christian. When a faithful Christian dies and goes to heaven there are no stages of heaven like some better and some worse as they are all equal as it’s eternal bliss. During our life on earth there could be a Christian who’s faithful and obedient to God and they could have horrible horrible things happen to them all throughout their life. Then there could be another Christian, who’s also faithful and obedient to God and have hardly anything bad happen to them throughout their life. At the end they both die and go to heaven however how is it fair that some had to suffer much more on earth than others and at the end they receive the same eternal gift of heaven? That doesn’t seem fair.

Hello... I recently lost my son in a preventable tragedy. (see above). My answer would be (if I may)... Nothing makes sense BUT it takes a surmountable amt of TRUST & FAITH to be still and wait upon Him. Also different eternal crowns are given to those who have suffered so much in this short life and have been faithful to the end bc not only is God working ALL THINGS together that we cant physically see during a horrendous time of loss, its only a piece of the puzzle that will eventually make perfect sense as to ALL THE WHY's of this life❤... Thank you so much for allowing me to share this with you.

The problems with trying to figure out "fair" is that #1 nowhere in the Bible does it ever say anything should be or will be "fair". In fact, it only promises that in this world will be trials and tribulations but that He will see us through all of it. #2 We can only process "fair" from a worldly perspective and there's nothing worldly about God. We have to stop trying to make things fit into what we have decided (with our worldly perspective) is right, or O.K., or just. God is sovereign and if He allows something to happen, there's a reason. Our ability to understand it or think it's good is irrelevant. And #3 God allowed His son Jesus to experience the absolute worst horrors and tortures, that from a worldly view were definitely not fair, for us. It was not fair that Jesus had to endure what He endured to save us but that wasn't the concern. The concern was that we had a way to be saved. If Jesus can endure what was completely unfair, we must also.

In the Bible it says that you save up your riches and rewards when your here on earth. We as true believers will go to the same Heaven, but there are status differences. Some will have favor with Jesus. We will be there to praise Him, not for ourselves either way. As a Christian I feel blessed to just not go to Hell. That is enough
