I just cant get my head around the way these questions are answered. So precise, but detailed and easy to understand for everybody. I think the best way to determine the intelligence of humen is by talking, or listening to them. And one can just sense that the brightest of minds work for Mercedes, in every aspect. I am a Ferrari Fan since I was 10, but the way this team functions, the values it stands for (blacklivesmatters etc.) and how well even the youtube channel is run, pulls me closer to Mercedes every year. One can call me a traitor, for changing favouritsm to winning teams, but how can you not appreciate this organisation...

Turns out I'm not the only one XD. I've been a Ferrari fan since the age of 4, but now you know where my heart goes to, and it's because of how they value excellence and strive to reach success with all their effort. One day I did saw him on an interview with a really really messy hair, and in that instant, I knew he has been up all night to try to make the fastest car on the grid for quail and race

You are both welcome. This is a transactional industry. The public pays for tickets and we give you the best. F1. Ferrari haven’t lived up to the transaction so the fans can do what they want. Just my opinion.

Josh Gee I don’t agree with you. For instance the last few years Ferrari have been struggling. Yet they have scapegoated Vettel who I disliked for years but started to respect him as a driver because he is talented and skilled. So is Lewis. Ferrari scapegoated Alonso too. How you treat your staff is so integral to the team performance. Every F1 driver is beyond good. However if you as a team can’t extract the best out of your staff, you will suffer and that’s Ferrari’s problem right now. I’m glad Vettel is still on F1. His skills are still needed. Were going to have agree to disagree.

I love the “95% fail rate” comment from James, as I firmly believe that anyone who manages to achieve 100% of their objectives needs them to be set higher - so then you can reward those who really are making improvements. As F1 is proving all too well this year, past results are no indication of future performance, so hopefully those lucky graduates given an opportunity to make such a difference enjoy the challenges ahead. If they end up enjoying themselves as much as James appears to do, they will have an exciting career ahead of them.
