Aside from the whole Harry, Ste and James mess, I really feel bad for Romeo. I understand why James did what he did. That night on his 16th birthday was probably the worst day of his life, one that he never wanted to remember ever again, and now suddenly he will have a daily reminder of it. But from Romeo's point of view, he has a mother who doesn't show up until she needs money for drugs. He was hoping that his dad would be someone decent enough to care about him. And I'm sure that James will eventually, because I don't think he's a bad person, and he would want to be a better father than Mac. But all Romeo knows right now is that his father doesn't want him, and that must feel terribly awful.
