No need. Package lo included. If you take package for 1200 baht or more. If you pay 800 baht or 900 baht for package you need to pay 400 at Maya bay.

For big boat trip I paid 1200 baht.. in this video I shared the location of the agency where I got that price. For speed boat it will be around 1400-1500 baht.
