But to be fair, he is an attorney, he's been prosecutor for a long time as well as private practice. He's seen a lot of real life cases. I don't know what news he watches, u may be right. One thing he's never seen is a trial with an ex president as a defendant while he's running for president. All bets are out the door on this one. One MAGA lover on the jury and it wouldn't, matter what evidence or case they had. You would get a hung jury. Ya know, now that I think about it Commeys probably right, there's a very little chance of an aquailtal, high chance of hung jury, and a chance he's guilty. 1%-aquaital 60%-Hung Jury 39%-guilty
