When Radcliffe and the other two little snots dissociated themselves from JK Rowling, I posted on my facebook page something to the effect that they were arrogant, ungrateful nonentities, who'd be nothing without her. My grown-up (50+) friends all agreed with me, and one of about 50 said that they'd been good for her too. (Seriously?) The biggest backlash came from the under-35s, who ignored my point and attacked her for her beliefs, which I don't think were what they thought they were. One is a girl who wants to be a boy, and said JKR wants people like her - sorry, them - dead. Impressive that a generation that can't write decent English is so talented at creating straw man arguments.

I don't think I've ever seen or heard James in anything which I didn't enjoy, and I've always thought him a credit to his profession and a thoroughly decent human being

Good for James. And we should all be supporting his fight for free debate against these WOKE hypocrites.

This conversation is the perfect example of rationality and humanity. Whoever are those people who seek to undermine and cancel? Knowing such people must be a wonderful experience.

I remember James Dreyfus from Gimme Gimme Gimee. It was 22 years ago. Here I am surprised how tall and bulky he is, and more mature and imposing. He seems like a great guy.
