'I thought the future would have less labels, not more' - James Dreyfus. This is exactly how it should be. The gay community just wanted freedom to live their lives the way they wanted to. Nothing more, and yet now people in the LGBT+ expect they should be given the best of everything or anything or else. That is not community, that is far left Fascism.

LGBTQ doesn't represent the majority of gays. Nobody voted for them. The movement is a Marxist cult. It uses the platform of gay causes to damage social institutions. It is not colourful or amusing. As a gay man I dread LGBTQ supporters, not from some phobia, but from fear of lethal boredom.

When Radcliffe and the other two little snots dissociated themselves from JK Rowling, I posted on my facebook page something to the effect that they were arrogant, ungrateful nonentities, who'd be nothing without her. My grown-up (50+) friends all agreed with me, and one of about 50 said that they'd been good for her too. (Seriously?) The biggest backlash came from the under-35s, who ignored my point and attacked her for her beliefs, which I don't think were what they thought they were. One is a girl who wants to be a boy, and said JKR wants people like her - sorry, them - dead. Impressive that a generation that can't write decent English is so talented at creating straw man arguments.

Please don’t divide us along generational lines. I’m in my early twenties and absolutely on Rowling’s side here. I’m not alone in that. Younger people are just more aware of the consequences of speaking out against the trans narrative. We have more at stake when it comes to our career prospects and social circles. Don’t ever think social media gives an accurate representation of real life. It’s a game of who shouts the loudest, and it just so happens that self-important activists with no friends or purpose spend the most time online.

Agreed how it should be exactly the same with Red Dwarf, race was never mentioned....writers today want to create division, a lot of time for their own purposes.

@@wsgrover8646 Well not sure about red dwarf the guy was a scouser after all 😂 All jokes aside I agree, just like with star trek tng and many other shows used to be about the character not the race now its the race and not the character.

I always liked James Dreyfus, but my respect for the man has jumped leaps and bounds after this interview. What a sensible, mature, reasonable, conscientious, and all together wonderful person. It seems he's one of the better people in entertainment and I wish him as much success in the future as he can bare.

@@janicehenry5545 Yes exactly, if you missed an episode or two you were lost. I just gave up after a while 'cos I'd missed so many episodes, I preferred Russel T Davies as the head writer in that regard, not Steven Moffat. Each story was an insular episode but with subtle clues and an eventual overarching plot that would come to fruition in the final episode/duel episode of each series. You could easily miss an episode and still get the plot of the next and final, and if you happened to see said episode another day it was exciting and there was no homework reviewing previous episodes just to understand it. Also to add to Janice's point, I think Matt's run wasn't bad after during series 6 was it....after he ditched that mary sue Clara, but yes most of the episodes in his run were dire with Amy and Rory clogging up any character development, it was just sooo boring.

@@greypilgrim228 So it's bad because you actually have to watch it to understand it? How does that make sense? That's like complaining you don't understand a film because you started watching it half way through.

Of course they did the same thing with John Barrowman as well. Someone who had worked with them loads in the past, they just "indefinitely postpone" the CD starring him and David Tennant together. All because of Barrowman being a camp extrovert who used to get his privates out on set. An incident which all of the people on set were fine with and most of whom became close friends with Barrowman, but the Twitter mob decided to be offended on their behalf and try to get him cancelled.
