I was hoping James from Comcast would beat Jack from Vonage's record of 21:45. James did not, but his time of 19:34 left him in a very respectable second place.

+Krisb BeatS It shows how heartless and fucked up these telemarketers are, they think that Lenny is a sweet old man, maybe with dementia, and find out that he was exploited and tricked in the past and got in trouble for talking to and giving personal information or agreeing to stuff with telemarketers, and his family got upset and he got in trouble, and that his daughter wouldn't speak to him, and that he was so sad and that his feelings were hurt... Then the telemarketers and scammers keep trying anyway, knowing that even if they do get a sell or an agreement or information, they will be ruining his relationship with his family and possibly make them treat him differently like not letting him speak on the phone. They don't just politely hang up and risk having to explain to their boss how they thought he was senile and couldn't agree to anything legally, they still want to exploit this old man trying to enjoy the last years of his life and dealing with a slow decrease in mental faculties, all so they can get another little mark on their record and possibly get a little raise, as if that little mark is worth ruining an innocent old mans last years. Every single one of them is complete and utter garbage for lowering themselves to take a job like that, and I let them know every time they call us.

There is no future in such a company, many underpay or fail to pay their employees completely - folding up operations and moving to another town. The best thing you can do, if you work at such a place is leave. Even fast-food is a better job than telemarketing. Seriously. Do not feel sorry for people who engage in criminal enterprises, just because they are poorly paid. They are still part of the criminal enterprise. And please, don't try to sell me on, "Well, they have no choice!" - we all have choices.

He’s calling out now, we started getting these calls where I work, mostly at night. I got him once and knew about him so while I felt like I finally got in the club, I just hung up once he started talking about Larissa. This guy was a lot more professional for the most part than I’ve heard on these videos. I would have fired Katherine from the HVAC video for calling him a retard at the end. Prank call or not, she didn’t know that. 🤷‍♀️

Another great one - I actually listened to this whole episode - I gather there _IS_ something of an "AI" "bot" component to this process since extended silence from the "victim" generates "Hello?"s from Lenny. Toward the end, when the telemarketer has stopped speaking, I thought I heard a mumbled snippet from Lenny that was new to my ears, a semi-mumble about the hearing aid at 19:22. Lenny rules.
