This interview with James Galway is such a treat. I remember when I first heard him listening to his Annie's Song album okay showing my age, and I had never ever heard the flute that sounded like that. How beautifully he phrased how clear his tone was on the Carmen fantasy how blinding his technique was all of it rolled into one little fuzzball of greatness :-) thank you for doing the interview with him and posting it!

I am 69 and also purchased James Galway's Annie's Song, both album and music and played his transcriptions avidly when first released. His playing was and is sublime.

Sir James Galway mentions 2 of his best recordings including the Liebermann concerto and another piece. Can you specify it?
