dont buy the ae1 to hoop outside. the bottom outsole is thin and soft and will tear easily

The hardens are heavier. Check out the foot doctor reviews,too . He cuts the shoe in half to expose the materials used etc. and then grades the shoe by categories for a complete score out of 40 . I think the Harden's were rated 33/40 which is very good

They basically weigh the same so it may just be the boot feels better which makes you feel it’s lighter.

You know I would like the AE 1s so much more, but I just get the strong feeling that it’s design and concept was heavily inspired by the Harden 8s because the Hardens were leaked first then you see the AE 1 popping up looking exactly like them. This is only a problem because more people like the AE 1s and I dont like that😡
