James has cerebral palsy but is not letting that stop him!

James Casserly is 16 and has cerebral palsy, but he never lets that hold him back in life as I discovered when I went to meet him in Dublin! He runs a Twitter account where he raises information about accessibility on Irish public transport for others who are wheelchair users. But his message runs much deeper than this, and is for all people, not just those with a disability. It's about living life to the full and without limits.
