Hey there Jim.You should look into trying Tia Chi classes at the center if they are available.They have Tia Chi classes here at our local senior center.One way to keep your body moving and not straining yourself to do so.Have a great day my friend 😊✌️

Halo , Good Morning Mr. Jim Last night I was playing in my picture files ,looking for a picture I thought I had saved but I couldn't find it.I had taken a picture of these Praying Hands .I made it from that stone type board for Graves with my CNC router. Yesterday Jeri asked how she would know if Jesus had came back.. I told her part of a verse. The whole verse would not fit in the box. It was from .1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 .If you have time and she is interested in knowing maybe you could read it to her .That is the part of the Bible where Baptist get the idea of the " Rapture ".I don't know why but some churches debate that subject. When we went down south during the Easter Holiday ,I saw something really different in a Baptist Church, After regular services on that Wednesday night the men sat on one side of the front aisle and the women on the other side. They had brought basins and towels. They washed each others feet and cried out of humility and there was some rejoicing too. You never ever see that up here. The strangest thing I saw was a small country Church. I only saw it from the outside, my Aunt said they handle snakes as part of the service. I can't imagine that being legal. Up here no one would go to a Church that had poisonous snakes .My Aunt Deb said it is freedom of religion, I imagine it's freedom to tempt God. I like my Church , They have a early Morning Sunday service. You can be out by 9 if you don't go to Sunday School. We have a new Pastor .My favorite retired in Jan. He had been Pastor since I was a teen .I have no more strange stories to tell .We have a pretty day today. Storybook Land is on the agenda .Have a good week and take good care of Ms. Jeri.
