I feel that this video is about two people with very different love languages being in a relationship. The girls doing the Double Dutch and the ladies doing the fan dance represent very different forms of beauty, and this represent that "love" looks very different to the two people in this relationship because of their different love language. The song sang of the different ways they communicate their love language ("you already waited up for hours, just to spend a little time alone with me, I can say I've said I'd never brought you flowers, I can't work out what they mean") miscommunication ("please give me something"), willing to compromise ("this could be nothing, but I'm willing to give it a try"), and asking the partner to do the same.
