I can only imagine the the burden it is to take on a project that isn't profitable for the company but it speaks leaps and bounds of the quality of person that you are. I couldn't imagine somebody doing what you've done for James he truly is lucky to have you as a friend. It makes me so happy every time I see a video on the vehicle.
@TACODIRTHEADАй бұрын
You are a good friend, Morgan. You are not allowing James to feel weird and ask for tasks on the truck to be done a certain way. Rather, grabbing the bull by the horns and getting it done.
@yeahok115sureАй бұрын
I'm sure James is nervous about the financial implications of some of these task. The guy is a teacher, he does have endless money. At least that's how I would be if I was James. Scary stuff

This is hands down the most anticipated truck build in all genres of vehicle builds!! James truck to me represents the average family man, saving his life saving to build a $300,000 luxury pre runner. To most this truck is unattainable

It's hard to stay focused on finishing a massive project like this when you are making money. Your commitment to making everything right and seeing it through has got to be harder than most any thing that you can face in life. I'm glad that you are able to push this through because James will never be the same after getting to thrash his dream. Thank you Morgan for bringing this to reality.

So glad you painted the truck. Mismatched panels would not have done all your great fabrication and design any justice. Keep up the great work. It looks amazing.
@gregoryfranks7347Ай бұрын
friendship doesn't get any stronger than what you're doing. people also need to realize it isn't just James I bet. I'd imagine this is for everybody. terra crew gets content you get extra content the community gets a new project that can be dis[layed for MCD1 and all the sponsors as well as bringing this to the whole prerunner genre. it must have been a staggering commitment. like you said you got to make sure you a a working business to even be able to give this gift to everybody. I know a regular person brought this here its a quarter mil to build out a full on truck at least. it really says something about your integrity and your love of the scene. you a champion of a man. Id be super proud to have someone like you as a friend. outstanding build!!! cheers

This thing is rad! Digging the mechanical/racing aspired interior and plumbing! Absolutely love your attention to detail and always pushing the limits! You're a planet ahead of me on skills but definitely push me to try harder.
@aerynlovell4754Ай бұрын
I like the red because in the Terra Crew video where you showed James his "finished" truck the paint looked orange. Like you said the paint will get scratches and chips so as long as it's easy to touch up or respray that's more important than a show car finish. Painting the fenders might be great practice for someone learning to paint. Put on enough coats and then sand them smooth.

I could take my race car apart, and put it back together in a week. When I restored it back to street use to factory original, it took 25 years. It's fantastic you're able to help James out with this. You may not be making anything on it, but you didn't scrimp on the quality of work. Great job.

So atrocious. I hope the first thing James does during the reveal/test drive is strip the paint off and create the exact look he wanted from the jump... and i hope he makes a whole series of monetized videos turning the truck into how he wants it and keeps the profits himself before he ever even takes it out in the desert.
@jasonbaxter99Ай бұрын
Do you understand the undertaking on a project like this? I don't know what the agreement is but I've been here with clients! You have so much heart and hard work poured into it, you just need to see it through with your design aspect. I love watching the Terra crew and James' videos but they are not crushing KZbin monetization, although I wish they were!
@Laredo-c7gАй бұрын
@@jasonbaxter99 if they had an agreement from the start about how the truck will look, then that's all that should matter, I guess 🤷 if they didn't, them I think James's truck ought to look and be however James wants it. The way the build looks to me, James probably has a general vision of how he wants the truck to look, superficially... and he trusts Morgan and his fab skills to slay the rest of the build. Idc if the thing took a century to build.
