I'm glad to see such a change in the fingerboard community. I started to learn 10-15 years ago. At that time the internet community was very closed. Trying to be exclusive. If you could not show up to a big city gathering and prove your skills you were not allowed in. The main forum was invitation only. This almost killed the hobby. The early inner circle kept pushing people out. Avoiding new blood. The new leadership in the fingerboard community is very different. Much cooler. Better as leaders.Hopefully they can bring the hobby back to main stream. At least the new leadership does give me hope.
