Their faces are different. If you actually stop to look at them, Oliver's (George) face is a lot longer than James's (Fred). James's is a lot rounder, puffier cheeks and more baby-faced, haha. After seeing them so many times on-screen, and on interviews, you start figuring it out. It's really not that hard. Have a look again and see if you can identify them now.
