I stopped on page 89 of this book and was ready to get rid of it when I watched this video. I now plan to get through the first slow section in order to get to the good parts you mentioned. Thank you for this video!!

I liked the story as it was a fun page-turner and I didn't want to set it down. I liked the seemingly current political topics, and a government-gone-bad is always a fun concept.

I really enjoy Alex Cross. Haven't explored other books of his before but maybe I'll give some a try.

I do recommend some of the co-authored books. I've got a lot of reviews of them, if you want to get an idea of what they're like. I like most of Patterson's books.
