It shouldn't, but there still is the gall rising at the urbanite's own illusion of superiority over the supposed rustic simplicity of local yokel and his surprise at peasant's sparks of intelligence. I can't help wondering though, where the banker's sophistication will get him to, when refuse removers refuse to remove to his refuse. Hm. Who would I rather share a desert island with: sophisticated banker or philosophical shepherd?
