I have known Jubu and Eric since we were teens. I am always amazed by such a profound display of talent. Jubu..I don't even know what to call your style of improvisation. It is such a gumbo of delightful voices and Eric..you are the most solid and funky bass players probably of the last 30 yrs!! Man..I gotta go practice!!

I would say that Jubu is a musician before being a guitar player. I've been playing for more than 20 years and have rarely seen a guitar player with this level of musicality and freedom. He IS music, just unbelievable.

Jubu definitely doesn’t disappoint! There is one thing that I have noticed when I watch him playing & it’s that he looks soooo exhausted!!! I’m a Multi-Instrumentalist who’s been playing & singing since the age of 8. And in 1981, at the age of 20, I started playing the Guitar & I’ve been playing Guitar (NOT at Ju’s level😂) & singing for 43yrs & today at 61 I find myself losing interest in performing live on stage. And it’s because I’ve grown weary of the whole band rehearsals, equipment setup/breakdown & sound check process & I’m becoming more interested in studio recording, which was always my FIRST LOVE!!! Oh well, I’m just venting!😕

Jubu sort of sings like Robert Cray but man his guitar is the real deal...seems to be struggling with his guitar staying in tune here..Jubu could play with anyone...he would have fit in Zappa's band seamlessly
