Forgive me about this question,but how do you make that sound when changing gears..?

This car is turbocharged. The fluttering sound is the blow off valve, when you come off the throttle the throttle plate shuts, so all that air being compressed by the turbo has to go somewhere, and that is when the blow off valve opens and lets the air out from pipe between the turbo and the engine. Normally this results in a pssshhh sound but his blow off valve is set so some of the air is forced back over the turbine wheel creating a compressor stall, which makes that fluttering sound.

im so jealous im wanting to own one of these but its hard to find one for a decent price because i want one like this but i don't wanna have to buy a perfect nick original one and wreak it and make some kind of car collector miss out on a OEM as kouki aero i just want it oem enough that i can use what i will use on it like ill be willing to buy a genuine kouki aero chassis and build myself my own s14 and do my own box axles ect but at the same time i want one that i can just do some engine mods some little interior stuffsome brakes ,wheels and maybe a respray
