Its because many shows like the voice go by what producers tell them. Its It's all mlm planned and not many people know that but also I know one of the shows which I think is the voice dont take people who were already in a band that was known as far as I remember my friend applying and reading the agreement terms. You have to have an manager that will help you get out in hollywood. It's not easy
