Ever listened to a song that takes you back when you first discovered it? And while you’re reminiscing, you smile and think, “Man, those where good times”, weather it was a good or bad situation, you still wish you could go back to that time. I discovered this song about two years ago and I instantly loved it, and have constantly played it ever since. It will create lots of more memories for sure because it is one of the most beautiful and touching songs I have ever listened to. Thank you James Vincent.

Exactly man.. This song brings me back to an interstate holiday where I stayed in an apartment overlooking the city park. Those nights would see me, young and free from the bounds of worries, walk thru the park and talking to the person who I still now call my truest friend. Back to when the small things mattered, to anxious sleeps and helpless daydreams. I think everyone has these periods of their life where overthinking was both a curse and a liberation. This song is bittersweet for me. It makes me feel.. invincible. When I reminisce on my first love.. I am reminded of the awful abuse I had to go through.. That I GOT through. This song makes me think I can handle anything thrown at me and helps me in times where I don't think I can keep going. When I heard this song for the first time I was in bed, depressed af and not able to get up. I cried for forty minutes, replaying this, had goosebumps, cried some more and then felt better. I don't really cared for the lyrics in that time, I just listened to his voice. That was few months ago... I am here now listening again. It's still beautiful.
