Selling out in record time, the concert is the first of many pilot events to take place outdoors this summer, making it an historically significant event bringing live music and culture back to Irish audiences after nearly 15 months.
Given the demand and enthusiasm by music fans for the much-anticipated event, the NCH is making the concert available to view online for free, giving audiences all over the world the opportunity to share in the experience of this unique event.

James Vincent McMorrow is a platinum selling singer-songwriter from Dublin. Having signed to Columbia Records, 2020 has seen him release the singles ‘Headlights’, ‘I Should Go’ with Kenny Beats and ‘Gone’. His forthcoming album ‘Grapefruit Season’ will be released on 16 July 2021.

For this Iveagh Garden's concert James will be joined by special guest Sorcha Richardson. Having quietly cultivated a cult fanbase over several years, Sorcha Richardson released the Choice Prize nominated album First Prize Bravery and more recently the single, 'The Starlight Lounge'. Sorcha’s work of crafts evocative vignettes that mark moments in time, finding the poetry in introspection and exuding both passion and tender beauty in equal measure.
