Honestly I've really wanted to do this for a while, because it annoys me how controlled my life is by my phone. But this issue with doing so is that exact reason; so many important things are tied up with having a phone on you at all times. I wanna figure out a solution, but at least for now I get to watch you do it. Thanks for all the great vids.

I'm definitely gonna try something like that soon; honestly just going without social media is the biggest thing, or setting a hard limit on screen time. So many school related things/revision that you just can't do going completely without, similar to what you found actually.

I actually tried something similar. I decided not to go on my phone before and after going to sleep and instead read a book. I didn't go to sleep late and even went on some short runs in the morning. Great vid btw!

I don't have a phone but have a device. One big goal is to not watch KZbin in bed in the mornings because it's just wasting extra time. Also, I believe in the spirit of Santa or Christmas. I actually, liked 'That Christmas' because Santa and the presents were more in the background. The movie focused more on the relationships that the kids had with their parents and each other and simply just being together.
