Amazing home, one of the better properties I have seen in Bangkok or Thailand. Not a bad price if you can live without a swimming pool. Thanks James, hope you and family had a good Chrissy/New Years.

Great that you're back after a lazy month off James! Thanks for the tour. I guess expensive is relative, that place in any major city in Canada would be easily in the $2M+ range.

Cheers mate. Prices certainly creep up towards the center. Many of these types of developments springing up now.👍🍺

Happy new year James and family. Wow what a pad and the finish is incredible the best yet. Its funny people out side of Thailand think they are all poor rice farmers and are poor. I know some Thais that would walk into that place like and buy it cash no mortgage. But thanks for showing that beatiful house.
@floydr362817 күн бұрын
I don't think people think of Thailand like that. But, they do think of it as the super rich and the poor. No middle class.

Very nice gaff. My only criticism is that Japanese loos would have been nice at that price. At least in the master. 😉 Cheers James

Thanks for the take along James! Nice place but again same as another home you showed @4:25 in this video look at the rise of top step. See how different it is than the rest? I am not sure why Thai builders do this so often but it is a big no-no in western countries & would never pass building inspection. Wonder why Thai builders cannot divide run by rise & calc how many equal stairs to build.🤔 But beautiful home!
@jamesabroad858916 күн бұрын
Yes, different regs here for virtually everything. All the best.👍🍺

Nice house but more show than go and the land is too small as others have said. Also 4 floors isn't practical. You'd spend all time walking up and down. The 1st floor is a corridor. Thanks for the tour Mr James 😊

At the back of the mind of every foreigner in Thailand, is the question: what happens to my properties when the visa regime fails me? It’s almost impossible to be a citizen, and very difficult to get permanent residency. Result: foreigners spend less than they would if residency things were easier.

Nice, but way overpriced, these types of projects ,I have seen in a lot of different areas around Thailand & obviously for the super rich who had no idea on costs of building & money is no object
@Lord-DJ16 күн бұрын
Total rip-off. Semi-detached. 7cm gap between houses so you will hear your rich neighbour when they snore. Dangerous gap between pool and glass window. No double glazing. No 5 point security locks on outside doors. Randomly sized top-step so someone will inevitably fall down. No land!
