@@BrisbaneAirportPlaneSpotting Qantas used to fly 787s to brisbane but have since terminated the deal after been refused additional slots post-covid. Most slots were instead given to VA, REX, or United & Vietjet.

I am not the owner of this Channel but you can see both Runways. Btw I'm only saying as I also do plane Spotting at Brisbane Airport at the Same location!

Yes, you can see both runways from level 9 of the carpark by going between each side

What was the reason for the diversions?

I can’t comment on the exact reason as I don’t work for Qantas operations but from what I’ve read, that it was a combination of factors - bad weather, crew hours and limited fuel etc
