Idk about the first throw brother. It’s fantastic when done right(yours is great)but Many knees have been damaged by inexperienced partners with this one. I personally like teach it after they have a better understanding of positioning on the feet. It is a ton safer if you’re directly behind them too.

I had my ACL torn by a white belt who was practicing takedowns, not rolling. He didn’t know to sit back and came forward instead. Pop, pop, pop on the way down. Can be taught but handle with care.

This should only be done by black belt judokas. PLEASE do NOT show this to lower belts in bjj or judo. People's knees are at a HIGH risk of getting injured by their training partner who is trying to do this move. Lots of ppl get their ACL, MCL, and/or meniscus torn from improper execution of this move.

Super dangerous takedown. See Danaher’s free injury prevention instructional. This is one of the worst takedowns, especially for a beginner
