I was in Barlinnie in 84 when he came in on remand, from the get go he was innocent , common knowledge, followed the case for a few year, glad to see he got released and proved his innocence, would love to meet him and shake his hand if only for a minute.... i would like to add i was released in 85 and never returned....

I have been following the LM Case, absolutely shocking that the Murderer is still on the Loose, yet the People following the Media and Corrupt Police are happy with that and seem to think that they can Trust the Guilty Verdict based on Circumstantial Evidence, not Hard Evidence, Judge, Police, Barristers and especially the Jury, should all be held accountable and in turn charged for Corruptness!

Scary when you think about the amount of coercion and corruption within the Police and establishment. Disgrace what happened to this man and to many others. Shows you the morality and integrity of those involved that they can allow people, that they know are innocent, to fester in a jail cell. He must have amazing strength to have kept fighting. Disgrace that the victims' families have never received justice because the Police were so lazy and incompetent that they favoured stitching people up, instead of doing a proper investigation. People like Joe deserve substantial compensation for what they've endured. Great guest James, and a bit of a coup getting him on to share his story 👍👌

People should be aware of the fact that the pf in Scotland research all juries, alas nae disclosure to the accused 🤔🤔 this in the days of FULL disclosure 🤔 think of this scenario... People can serve on jury duty more than once.. And often do... Same as others get the summons but never get selected 😉🤔 demographics! If you're a pf trying a mibi 50/50 case then why not check back through the cases where guilty verdicts were returned🤔 and invite the same ladies and gentlemen to follow their nature and do as they've done before 🙄. Unless you were to serve as a jury member on a particularly stressful or long running trial and are then exempt from any further service by the judge then you could basically have a retired polis etc who's getting a healthy wee earner aff the expenses etc who's on your side!! But how come we've nae jury duty selection process in UK? Cos every lawyer or qc is basically a part of the system 💯% ye should be highlitin WG case... Al never forget the 👀😂😂😂 👀wi a hawn picked jury whit fkn chance ye really expect 🤔
