That was a great one, so many changes! But also great to see a lot of the old still in place. 👍🏴🇬🇧

Loved this. It was good to see the town in which I was born and raised having the clock turned back like that. 💗

James - I prefer this style, showing just the 'old & new' photo's at the beginning and then the maps at the end, showing PM's and other items of interest 👍

I will keep this style for the montages (featuring an overview of many places in one area) I reserve the more complex timelines for the single journey (return trip) style. Looking into the Great North Road at the moment - travel certainly must have been bumpier in them days!

@@JamesFoxTimeTravelArtist I'm off to Scotland in May for 4 days with National Holidays (Banffshire Coast, Cruden Bay & Aberdeen). I'll be thinking of you when taking my photo's haha.

Loved this! I expected to see the Royal Surrey Hospital in the mix.

As the current hospital was only opened in 1979 I don't think it would show very much of interest apart from some block like additions. I could understand it if you wanted to look at the original Royal Surrey County Hospital, which is now the Farnham Road Hospital which was opened in the mid 19th century, but event there there wouldn't be much appreciable difference in what you see from, say, Farnham Road itself. ;-)
