Then you sick the Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline on the Judge Pervert. In Missouri they have the Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline. The Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline was created in 1972 when voters approved article 5, section 24 of the state constitution. The new article, subsequently amended in 1976, established the commission as an independent state agency responsible for investigating complaints against justices and judges on the Supreme Court, court of appeals, circuit and associate circuit courts, municipal courts and members of judicial commissions.

Rulings from Federal Courts have deemed court houses to be Limited Public Forums. The only policy they can enact is no recording in court rooms. I don’t think they would arrest ABC, NBC, CBS or Fox if they were outside. This judge needs to be brought before a judicial review or disciplinary board.

Why would the judge go anywhere other than jail? He purposefully broke the law. What’s the difference between saying no recording and saying no blacks or Mexicans? Why do people believe certain people such as cops judges and prosecutors breaking the law is different than you or me breaking the law? I know it’s hard to break what the government trained you to believe but you have to drop the trained idea of what happens in certain situations … at one point blacks couldn’t do this or that and we know now that was wrong… currently judges cops and prosecutors can break the law with impunity but at some point in the future we will know that’s wrong and not allow it… it’s just as wrong now as it will be in the future wether you agree or not

@@jonathanjohnson8656 qualified immunity does not apply if they are knowingly breaking the law or if its shown that they should have known they were breaking the law. In this case the filmers repeatedly advised the pigs of what they were doing and the applicable law but the pigs chose to ignore this and therefore their qualified immunity dies not apply. The judge is held to a higher account he should have been fully aware as a judge of relevant and that his authority does not apply outside his courtroom, in addition the pigs actually informed the judge of what the filmers were doing & what they'd said but the judge also chose to ignore this so again the judges qualified immunity does not apply.

James, what you do is so important. You have covered so many cases which I think I, and others, might never have heard about without the exposure you help bring to them. These incidents should not go without public awareness, and thanks to what you do on this channel they don't. Thank you.

James,….thank you for doing what you do! It’s time consuming for sure, but you always find time to do these story’s and bring to the people the atrocities our government commits upon us. THANK YOU!

That judge’s order is null and void and unconstitutional. He has no power to ban filming outside. This a blatant misuse of judicial authority. He can limit filming INSIDE the courthouse. He cannot control what happens outside in public. You all need to file suit against the police officers who arrested you.
