Hi James, Nashville has changed so much over the last 15 years it's no longer a place I go. Back when we used to go there, it was still a bustling place with lots to do and a ton of great food. As the west coast music execs and musicians flooded the city, it became so densely populated and over crowded I stopped visiting. Don't get wrong, I love the music scene there. Some of the top session players in the world live there now. I digress, your honest review about Rolf's was great my friend. Looking forward to see how you do in the marathon. It's been years since I ran one, but to me, it's the ultimate self challenge. My goal was to finish, not so much the time. Cheers

I’m not sure if I can agree. People should be glad that Nashville has grown even if it’s turned corporate. Be glad that Nashville has not turned into a ghost town like Memphis or St. Louis or Little Rock Arkansas. Many cities in the south and Midwest have become abandoned with population loss. Population shift has turned to the suburbs so be glad if a city has grown even if it’s overrated and kinda lame
@TheRange77 ай бұрын
@@ramencurry6672 ramen, from that standpoint, I have to 100% agree with you. We haven't been to Memphis in over a decade. Last time we were there it was in very sad shape. So yeah, I think you're spot on. Seeing once great American cities in ruins makes me very sad for sure.

Off subject but referring to your "My NYC Apartment Tour. $1,460 a Month in Astoria, Queens" video... I'm 80 years old and lived in Manhattan from 1972 through 2002. We were very lucky to be there at a time to afford a 2000 square foot raw loft space where I built our three bedroom home. Today it's impossible to do this. So, I understand what @GoodfellasNYC means when he says get out of NYC. I realize you're your own man and have your own plans, but in retrospect my only advice is to somehow get your own property in an affordable area outside of expensive urban areas. When you get into your 50's and 60's you will be very thankful for that investment. I loved Manhattan, but now having a peaceful and interesting place in rural NH is a blessing we appreciate more than ever. Again, I am enjoying your new-found channel... thanks.
