The red lighting is a little strange. Red is supposed to get you to eat faster because it makes you uncomfortable psychologically. Five Guys does this. To bathe the whole restaurant in this light doesn't make much sense to me. Kinda reminds me of a photo developing room. James, would you come back to this place?

I purchased a margarita pizza from Al Forno, because it ws fully booked and drove it back to Falmouth, MA. I reheated it and was so terribly disappointed because the crust was limp. Never, never buy these pizzas as takeout unless you can eat them very quickly

For the price you paid for a New York strip I would have sent it back. You asked for medium rare it almost looks to me like it was medium well. That's just not acceptable when you're spending $77 on a steak. Also, the baklava for $25 is outrageous. But I'm glad you had a good time. It taught me that I'll never go 😂

The thing about bad service is that it’s a win/win for the servers because they can ignore you, comp your meal, and then know that you’re likely to give a higher tip than you would have if they charged you full price. With couples and large groups they know they’ll get a large tip if they provide good service, bc if a guy’s on a date he won’t want to look cheap, but impress his date. Large groups are a shoe-in with the standard flat surcharge.
