Great video! I received my second sample for testing last week and both have the same problem: The shoulder strap loosen itself over and over again, even if I just walk for a few minutes. Maybe also due to the heavy payload (8-12 kg; 18-27 lb). I used the 25L for a trip in Tokyo, sometimes 8+ hours a day and it was a pain in the a.... Did you experience similar problems or just when you took it off/on like you mentioned in the video?

Thank you! I haven’t noticed them loosening just from walking around, and I’ve really packed out this backpack. I only notice them loosening when taking off and on, and to be honest have a similar problem with my Peak design bag although to a lesser extent. Shame to hear both have the same issue! I’ll definitely keep an eye on mine now to see if I notice the issue.
