Just did the calc out of curiosity and torkol's eruption does almost exactly the same amount of damage as houndoom's heat wave.

Any substitutes for thundurus and houndoom? I can't get a thundurus and I don't want to use houndoom but everything else is perfect

The team was basically built around mega houndoom I think however if you want to go at it anyway torkol, liligant, garchomp + a tapu is very reminiscent of VGC 2017 so you could look to then for inspiration mimikyu+snorlax having been a popular option as it gives you a trick room mode for torkol iirc.

After you allows the mon it's used on to move immediatly. For example, you have a Lilligant with after you which is currently the fastest thing on the field, you have a Torkoal as well which is the slowest thing on the field. You can use after you with your Lilligant on your own Torkoal so it moves before your opponents Pokémon.
