Jamie is very socially awkward. He tries so hard, it’s the cute kind of awkward. When a camera isn’t on him, he’s such a genuinely sweet guy. My mom was a season ticket holder and we went to the Stars’ casino night in 2016. I was a lot better at talking to the guys, so I introduced him to my mom. His response was “Aww, you brought your mom!”. He’s really a genuinely sweet guy and loves this city so much. He’s my favorite player for a reason, and I’ll always defend him as my captain.

Damn this aged terribly. Jamie benn just threw a game in the playoffs in the first 2 minutes of the game by cross checking matt stone in the neck to get kicked from the game. Supposedly this is kinda normal for him so i would say they need a new captain now but thats just me. Seems like a nice guy off the ice but he needs to control himself on the ice if he wants to remain captain.
