Absolutely gorgeous. My grandparents have been married over 67 years. They are both in their 80s and while my grandfather's physical health has declined, my grandmother is slowly losing herself to dementia. They have spent their lives devoted to each other. I know when one goes, the other will follow and they wouldn't have it any other way. It breaks my heart that that day will be sooner rather than later, but they have the kind of love I wish I was lucky enough to find.

Your comment really resonated with me, and though I rarely comment on any videos, I just felt I really need to. In the last few years I lost nearly my whole family, my Hero, my Daddy, followed by my Mother, then my sweet little sister, my Mom in Law who was also my best friend for 25 years, and her Mom as well. I’m omitting a few just because it’s a lot… way too many even. I thought I was literally broken. It sure felt like it. At the time, my husband and I had just been blessed with our first grand baby, a beautiful boy. He was soon followed by an amazing baby girl, and then another handsome baby boy. They don’t know it, but they saved my life. And most likely my husband’s too. Because the pandemic, they moved in with us. And thankfully, because it has worked so well, they are all still here. And a new baby boy is due at Christmas. I also discovered my new passion, watercolor. I believe it was a combination of grand babies and art that helped me cope, and even escape for a little while, without drugs or alcohol. To be completely candid, I do still think about my Daddy, and everyone else we lost every single time I wake up. Only now, I think of them and smile, and say a little prayer of thanks, followed by a “See ya later”, because I don’t believe in good byes., Just see ya later. I hope you are able to find a healthy happy place to go to any time you have these same feelings again. I would like to say a little prayer for you if that’s ok? I wish you and yours all the best, and a Happy Holidays as well.

This is beautiful... crying because my Granny just died. We saw hours before she past. She had just had her 81st birthday 4 days before. She did suddenly. She was recovering from surgery finally then randomly slumped over. I kissed her goodbye at the funeral on the forehead.... I hope her and my Mimi who died of a brain stem anyusm when I was 15 and my babies I miscarried last year and my cat Oreo who got chopped in half with a bush hog are together

I'm not sure why but I needed this... Thank you for your voice cause apparently I've been holding in a cry for a while. In under a year, I've lost my grandfather to a 4 year battle with cancer 3 days after Thanksgiving, lost his brother (my great-uncle) suddenly after the holidays, and my great-grandma over the summer.
