Aw, it's a shame Kevin felt Alec's feelings for Jace in the book were sexual rather than emotional. The "gay guys being attracted to everyone" stereotype is actually directly addressed by Alec's character in the final Mortal Instruments book and I think Alec's feelings for Jace are explained quite early in the series too, and Alec comes to realise he loves Jace but not romantically. Anyway, it was a good interview and it really makes me sad to think these guys didn't get the success they deserved. So many franchises are made where the actors don't really believe in the project and resent it on some level because they feel it's beneath them, so to see actors who are completely committed to their characters and enjoy the story it feels really sad that it didn't take off the way we all wanted it to. Fingers crossed the studio moves forward with City of Ashes and gives them all another chance.

I saw this movie about 2 weeks ago and it completely blew me away. Though maybe that's incorrect, but that would've made her in her ninth year whilst he was in his 13th. I am not 100% sure, though that may be how they ended up going to school together? Either that or elementary school? Her in first and him in 6th. No idea though.
